Depot Holder in Heiloo

As a depot holder, you ensure that the newspapers within your depot in Heiloo are delivered to subscribers on time, six days a week. You serve as the main contact for newspaper deliverers within your depot, offering a stable role that is easy to combine.

This is what you will do

• Around 03:00 in the morning, you receive the daily newspapers.
• You count the newspapers per newspaper route.
• You provide instructions to the newspaper deliverers and motivate them to deliver the right newspaper to subscribers on time.
• You ensure good delivery quality.
• You manage your own local network and expand it by being active on platforms like Facebook, which proves useful when recruiting new deliverers.
• When you have one or more newspaper routes without a deliverer, it's your challenge to recruit new ones.
• Handling administrative tasks.

• Being responsible for ensuring the newspaper is delivered on time.
• Proactively handling and dealing with unexpected situations, such as newspapers being delivered later due to a malfunction.
• Communicating; you enjoy building a rapport with newspaper deliverers and expanding your network beyond (always handy when looking for a new newspaper deliverer).
