3 tips for faster and more efficient newspaper delivery

1. Plan your route ahead of time: Before starting your delivery, take a few minutes to go over your route/run list before you start. By knowing exactly where to go and where certain streets are located, you can avoid detours, plan a route and save time as a result.

2. Bundle your newspapers by street: Organize your newspapers by street before you start your route. By bundling them this way, you can minimize the number of times you have to stop and search for the right newspaper. A small step that can make a big difference in your speed.

3. Use a bicycle, electric bike or scooter: If your route covers a large area, consider using a bicycle, electric bike or scooter to speed up the process. These modes of transportation are faster than walking and can carry a larger load, allowing you to deliver more newspapers in less time. If you deliver by scooter keep in mind that it is still very early and riding a scooter through the streets can cause a nuisance. Park your scooter at the beginning of the street.
