• 2 tbsp 100% peanut butter (or almond butter)
• 3 tbsp fine oats
• 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
• 1 tbsp shredded coconut (keep extra in a small bowl for rolling the balls)
• Optional: 1 tsp cocoa powder or some finely chopped dark chocolate pieces

  1. 1. Place the dates, peanut butter, oats, honey, and coconut in a food processor or bowl.
