• 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
• 1 handful of raisins or chopped dates (optional)
• 1 handful of nuts or seeds (such as walnuts, pumpkin seeds, or sunflower seeds)
• Pinch of salt

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (or use an air fryer at 160°C for 10 minutes).
  2. 2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
  3. 3. Add the oats, peanut butter, cinnamon, honey, salt, and any extras (like raisins or nuts).
  4. 4. Mix everything well into a thick batter.
  5. 5. Line a small baking dish or tray with parchment paper and press the mixture into it.
  6. 6. Smooth the top with the back of a spoon.
  7. 7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  8. 8. Let cool and cut into bars or squares.
