  • 40 g oats
  • 200 ml water or milk (soy or oat milk also work)
  • 1 egg
  • A handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp grated cheese or parmesan for extra flavor (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • A pinch of garlic powder
  • A pinch of paprika powder
  • 1 tsp olive oil

  1. 1. Boil the egg for 5–6 minutes in a small pot (for a soft-boiled egg).
  2. 2. Meanwhile, heat a small pan and add the oats and water or milk.
