What will you do as a Flexible Location Coordinator?

As a Flex Coordinator, you’ll step in wherever needed within an 80 km radius. You’ll cover for permanent colleagues during illness, leave, or peak periods. You’ll keep the distribution process running smoothly—even when the location or team is new to you. You’ll motivate delivery staff, resolve issues on the spot, and ensure flawless newspaper distribution.

Using our delivery app, you'll monitor operations, arrange replacements if someone is unavailable, and step in yourself when necessary. You’ll rotate across different locations, making your work dynamic and varied. In addition to the night shifts on-site, you’ll also handle administrative tasks (e.g., delivery staff information, payments, complaints), which can be done flexibly from home.

What do we offer?

• A gross monthly salary between €2,497 and €3,240 (based on a full-time 36-hour workweek)
• 25% night shift allowance
• A workweek of 20 to 36 hours, depending on your region
• Administrative tasks that can be done remotely from home

What are we looking for?

• You're comfortable working night shifts
• No prior experience required
• You enjoy motivating a diverse team
• You’re computer-savvy and administratively skilled
• You speak and write Dutch (English is a plus)
• You can multitask and stay organized, even under pressure
• You have a Category B driver’s license and access to a car
• A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required

Working hours

• Shifts typically start between 2:30 AM and 3:30 AM (depending on location)
• Newspapers must be delivered by 7:00 AM on weekdays and by 9:00 AM on Saturdays
• Administrative work can be done flexibly during the day
