These are the terms of use that apply to the use of the login environment of the Bezorgdekrant.nl website and all information and services offered on behalf of Bezorgdekrant.nl through this login environment or applications.
 

Bezorgdekrant.nl is a website of Mediahuis Distributie B.V., which provides information and services to the freelance organization of Mediahuis Distributie B.V. Mediahuis Distributie B.V. is based in Amsterdam and is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 32022610.

Applications: Software made available via the Bezorgdekrant.nl login environment to provide services for use on Apple iOS and Android OS devices, including but not limited to the ikBezorg app or Output Online. This also includes any upgrades that may occur from time to time and all other software or documentation enabling the use of the application.

Content: All text, graphic images, photos, sound, music, videos, audiovisual combinations, interactive elements, computer software, scripts, puzzles, games, and all other materials published on or through the website and applications, or that may be downloaded or uploaded by a user, whether editorial or commercial in nature.
c. Services: All services made available through the website and applications, such as accessing the website and applications, downloading content, and all other services offered via the website and applications.
d. Login environment: The online platform accessible via the website for the freelance organization of Mediahuis Distributie, consisting of delivery workers, depot holders, transporters, and other freelancers who perform delivery work for Mediahuis Distributie B.V.
e. Website: The Bezorgdekrant.nl website, including the login environment, accessible via bezorgdekrant.nl and related domain names with other extensions, as well as through other channels.

2. Bezorgdekrant.nl account/profile

To make optimal use of the services offered through the Bezorgdekrant.nl login environment, visitors must create an account. To create an account, you must enter your relation number, postal code, and house number. You will then receive an email containing your login details.

You guarantee to Bezorgdekrant.nl that the information you provide via the login environment is complete, truthful, and accurate, including your personal data such as your name and email address. Data is processed in accordance with our privacy statement.
