  • 30 g oat flour (or finely ground oats)
  • 1 scoop (approx. 25 g) vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp 100% peanut butter
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 small piece of dark chocolate (chopped, approx. 10 g)

  1. 1.Add the Greek yogurt to a bowl.
  2. 2. Mix in the oat flour, vanilla protein powder, peanut butter, and cinnamon.
  3. 3. Stir well until you get a creamy, thick dough-like texture.
  4. 4. Fold in the chopped dark chocolate pieces.
  5. 5. Done! Eat it right away, or chill it in the fridge for a firmer, colder texture.
